 Lot 252. Triple Crown Photo Group Signed by Ron Turcotte Riding "Secretariat." Three photos show Turcotte riding Secretariat to victory in all three legs of the 1973 Triple Crown. In the most dramatic, Secretariat romps through the Derby stretch on his way to the fastest Derby win ever. The greatest of all racing thoroughbreds still holds a number of racing records. A head-on photo captures Turcotte and Secretariat in the Belmont Stakes. They won by more than 30 lengths. In the Preakness photo, Secretariat and Turcotte are in the lead, with Sham following behind. These 8” x 10” color photos are nm-m with Turcotte signatures that each grade 10.
